You can register in one of three easy ways:
By Fax: 608-787-0169 Complete all sections of the registration form. Fax the completed form along with your credit card information.
By Phone: 608-787-0168 Please have your tutorial selection and credit card information ready when you call. You may register between the hours of 8 a.m.- 12 noon Monday through Thursday.
By Mail: Send completed registration form, including tutorial selections, along with payment to: WHIMA, Inc., 2350 South Avenue, Suite 107, La Crosse, WI 54601-6272.
