Innovation Theater
Companies can purchase 15-minute time slots for presentations on new products and services. The Innovation Theater will be held on Thursday, May 3rd. Limited slots are available (Only 1 slot remains as of 1/6/12). The cost is:
$150 - Corporate Partner: if payment and contract is received by February 16, 2012
$200 - Non-Corporate Partner: if payment and contract is received by February 15, 2012
Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitors and companies are invited to support the WHIMA Annual Conference through sponsorship of keynote speakers, breaks or luncheons, programs materials, or scholarships. All sponsorships will be recognized in the conference program materials. Click on the 2012 Sponsorship Form or contact the WHIMA Executive Director.
Exhibit Layout and Booth Reservations
Exhibitor space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the show is sold out. Make your booth reservation early to secure your requested booth location. Exhibitors can request first and second choice booth locations at the time your submit your reservation. We'll will try to honor your request, but your first choice is not guaranteed. Silent Auction
A Silent Auction will be held in the exhibit area with proceeds to benefit the WHIMA Scholarship Program. Vendors are invited to submit items for the silent auction. The items will be on display in the exhibit hall. Just complete the 2012 Silent Auction Form and send it to the WHIMA Executive Office.
