Vice President & Chief Privacy Officer, Ciox Health

Elizabeth Delahoussaye is Chief Privacy Officer for Ciox Health. Elizabeth has served on the AHIMA Board of Directors and was the Speaker of the House of Delegates in 2016. She has also served as a representative for THIMA on the AHIMA House of Delegates, as well as President-Elect and President for THIMA from 2008 thru 2010. Elizabeth has served on various committees at the national level with AHIMA as well, including co-chair for the AHIMA ROI Tool Kit in 2013, the AHIMA Annual Program Committee in 2014 and 2015, and AHIMA’s Privacy and Security Council from 2017 to 2019. In 2013 she received the THIMA Distinguished Member Award for serving and volunteering over the years on both the state and national levels. Elizabeth resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband John, and her son Adam.

Colleen Goethals, MS, RHIA, FAHIMA has over 30 years of healthcare experience possessing a vast knowledge of HIM operations and revenue cycle management; she is a subject matter expert on privacy and security, an author, and a frequent speaker on topics related to leadership, revenue cycle, release of information, and HIPAA Privacy and Security.

Colleen is a past AHIMA Board member and current member of AHIMA’s Advocacy and Policy Committee; past-President, Director and Delegate of the Illinois Health Information Management Association (ILHIMA), ILHIMA Distinguished Member, an AHIMA fellow and NARA Certified in Federal Records Management. She is also the recipient of AHIMA’s Triumph Award for Advocacy and Policy.

William Limp, MS, RHIA

William Limp, MS, RHIA

Wil Limp lives in Madison, Wisconsin where he works as a manager in revenue cycle at UW Health. Two of the teams he currently oversees are Health Information Exchange and Release of Information. Over the last two decades, Wil has served in various roles including HIM Director, Director of IT, and Account Manager at facilities ranging from 71 – 650 beds. He has worked at organizations specializing in Acute Care, Ambulatory Care, Skilled Nursing, and various roles in Higher Education. Wil earned his Master of Science in Health Information and Informatics Management from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN. He holds a credential as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Wil believes we all should be active in professional organizations. He is a member of AHIMA, HIMSS, and HFMA and has had the honor of presenting on various topics at various regional, state, and national conferences.

Senior Director, Motivation & Development

In her role as Senior Director of Motivation & Development, Twiggs works with MRO’s employees to manage a role-based comprehensive training program. She is also responsible for MRO’s staff motivation efforts, managing the Everyday Heroes program, and sharing inspirational messages. Prior to joining MRO, she was CEO of MTT Enterprises, a Release of Information business. Twiggs is the past president of the Association of Health Information Outsourcing Services (AHIOS), Louisiana Health Information Management Association (LHIMA) and Greater New Orleans Health Information Management (GNOHIMA); a fellow of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA); recipient of LHIMA’s Distinguished Member & Career Achievement Awards; past treasurer of LHIMA and GNOHIMA; and serves on the advisory board of the University of Louisiana’s HIM program and Delgado Community College’s HIT Program. Twiggs holds a B.S. in Medical Record Administration and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration. She is also certified in healthcare privacy (CHP).

Victoria Wolf, RHIT, CPHQ

Victoria is a full-time faculty member at WCTC (Waukesha County Technical College) in the Health Information Technology and Coding Program. She has over 30 years of experience in the Health Information Management Profession and has spent a large portion of her career in the Long Term Care setting. Victoria loves education; however, she is still known to take calls from time to time to answer questions, consult, or jump in to do coding during a transitional period at a facility.
