ICD-10 Resources

ICD-10-CM (International Classification of Diseases -10th Version-Clinical Modification) is designed for classifying and reporting diseases in all healthcare settings. ICD-10-PCS (Procedure Classification System) replaced the ICD-9-CM procedure coding system, and is required for hospital reporting of inpatient services.
