Elizabeth Delahoussaye, RHIA, CHPS
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Elizabeth Delahoussaye leads Datavant’s privacy functions and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. She has been recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review Women in Health IT to Watch and was named a 2022 Women Power Player in Health IT. Elizabeth currently serves as the President of Tennessee HIMA.
Ashleigh Giovannini, JD, LLM, CIPP/US
Ashleigh Giovannini is a Health Privacy Law Compliance Senior Associate for the CoE-PHI at CAI Global. Ashleigh has expertise in federal and state laws, rules, and regulations governing data privacy, cybersecurity, advertising technology, artificial intelligence, telehealth and telemedicine delivery models, healthcare and life sciences, and research and educational institutions. Her background includes significant experience advising start-ups, healthcare organizations, healthcare providers, non-profits, and established international corporations on matters of global data privacy and cybersecurity compliance and technology transactions. As a member of the CoE-PHI team, Ashleigh provides training and technical assistance to providers, government agencies, and individuals on the various health privacy laws, including HIPAA, the 21st Century Cures Act, and 42 CFR Part 2.
Before joining the CoE-PHI, Ashleigh was an associate at an AmLaw-200 firm where she focused her practice on health data privacy and cybersecurity. She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her Master of Laws in Health Law from St. Louis University School of Law. Ashleigh is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the IAPP and recently became certified in cybersecurity through ISC2.
Kim McGhee, RHIT
Kimberly McGhee, RHIT, CRCR is currently the Health Information Manager of Centralized Release of Information at UnityPoint Health. She leads the ROI teams for hospital medical records for UnityPoint System Services. Kimberly has been in the Health Information Management industry for 10 years, most of which has been in leadership roles. In addition to being a member of AHIMA, Kimberly serves as an ILHIMA Delegate for the 2024-2025 term. Also, Kimberly has previously served on the CIHIMA (Central Illinois) board of directors and has been a speaker at the ILHIMA, WHIMA, and AHIMA Annual Conferences.
Heather Pinske, MBA, RHIA
Heather Pinske, MBA, RHIA is the Enterprise Health Information Manager of Optimization and Technology at Advocate Health with over 25 years of experience in the HIM field including ROI, Document Management, Chart Completion, Data Integrity, and Patient Portals.
Nacole Scheckel, RHIT
Nacole Scheckel, RHIT is the Privacy Specialist at UW Health with 15 years of healthcare experience – ROI processing releases and 8 years working specifically in privacy investigating and reporting breaches.
Megan Stuczynski, RHIA
Megan Stucynski, RHIA is the Health Information ROI Manager at Advocate Health with 9 years of experience in HIM, working in roles as Abstraction, HIM Lead, and Supervisor. She has overseen departments including Forms Completion, Abstraction, Attorney Coordination, and the Livewell Patient Portal.
John Young, RHIA, CHPS, CPHIMS
John Young, RHIA, CHPS, CPHIMS, is the Director of Client Relations and Account Management at MRO. In this role, he supports MRO’s major clients as their strategic vendor partner. Previous employers include Kindred Healthcare (Louisville, KY), Norton Healthcare (Louisville, KY), and the Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Health System (Lexington, KY).
John is a past president of the Kentucky Health Information Management Association and Delegate to the AHIMA House of Delegates. He recently completed a 3-year term on AHIMA’s Commission for the Certification of Health Information and Informatics Management (CCHIIM) and has also served on AHIMA’s Privacy and Security Practice Council as well as the Electronic Health Record Documentation Integrity Practice Council.
John holds degrees from Alfred State College and the University of Cincinnati. In addition to AHIMA’s RHIA and CHPS credential, he also holds the CPHIMS credential through HIMSS.
