The 2023 WHIMA Annual Business Meeting will be held on May 18, 2023, from 9:00 – 10:00 AM (CT). The location of the Annual Business Meeting is Glacier Canyon in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
The current WHIMA Bylaw 4.10. states:
“Approval of Annual and Special Meeting Minutes. The Board of Directors
shall review and approve the minutes of the Annual and Special meetings of the members at the first regularly scheduled Board meeting following the Annual or Special meeting. The approved minutes shall be distributed to the membership for review at least thirty (30) days prior to the next regularly scheduled Annual meeting.”
The 2022 Annual Business Meeting Minutes were approved by the WHIMA Board of Directors on June 15, 2022. Included in this communication are the minutes of the 2022 WHIMA Annual Business Meeting. This e-communication serves as a 30-day notice.
