Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, WHIMA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WHIMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registration or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Weather and Clothing

Dress for the conference is business casual. Fall weather in Wisconsin can be cool. We strongly recommend you bring a sweater or jacket, as air conditioning in the meeting rooms can be unpredictable.

Conference Handouts

Paper handouts will not be available at the meeting. You have the option to view or print before or after the meeting.  You will be provided a link to the handouts once you complete the registration for the Conference.  The handouts will be posted as soon as they are provided by the speakers.

Evaluation and CE Certificates

During the week following the conference, all paid registrants will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation. Once completed, you will have the option to download a CE certificate.

Scholarship Drawing

Help support the WHIMA Scholarship program by participating in the Scholarship Drawing during the Fall Conference.  WHIMA scholarships recognize the best and brightest of the next generation of HIM professionals with funding toward associate and graduate degrees.  Take a chance with winning your favorite fundraiser basket, certificate or other donated items.  Participate in the drawing by making a donation of $3 for one chance or $10 for five chances.
