Please login to the MyAHIMA Hub to ensure you have access and verify that your information is correct.
If you are having access or other issues, here are a few suggestions:
First, please try clearing your browser’s cache and ensure pop-up blockers are disabled for the MyAHIMA Hub.
Try to access the site on a personal computer or phone. AHIMA has found that some people have had access issues when trying to log in on their work computer due to security and firewall settings managed by their employer.
If you are still unable to log in or notice that something is incorrect and needs to be updated and you do not already have an open ticket for your issue, please reach out to the AHIMA Customer Relations team at info@ahima.org. If you are due to recertify soon, please include, “recertification assistance required,” with the AHIMA ID in the subject line for prompt support.
Given the high volume of inquiries and much longer than usual response times, AHIMA will be temporarily waiving all recertification late fees.
Members can utilize the code WAIVEFEE24 to have these fees waived. This code applies universally, regardless of the number of credentials being recertified. Please note that this waiver is only for the late fee and does not cover the standard recertification fee.
