  • Faculty
    • Full or part-time faculty in the HI programs in Wisconsin will be offered 1 discounted registration for the Annual Conference and at each WHIMA fully sponsored seminar/workshop
    • The discount is 25%.
    • This excludes adjunct faculty

Group Discount

  • WHIMA offers discounted rates to Members and Non-Members, including students, if the criteria are met:
    • If 3 or more individuals from the same organization (not a health corporation) register together for the meeting, you will receive a discount of 5% for each registration. Example:  The discount would be available if all three or more individuals are from the same physical location, i.e., Advocate Health Care.  The three could not be from Advocate Health Care and other Advocate Aurora Health facilities.
  • Group discounts are only available when all registrants are registered at the same time, on the same registration. Discounts are automatically reflected once three registrants are added to a single registration


  • On-demand educational offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Full refund less a 15% processing fee for any cancellations one week before the educational event
  • Full refund less a 50% processing fee for any cancellations within 7 days of the educational event
  • Full refund for any cancellations due to emergency
    • Cancellations due to an emergency must be submitted in writing to the WHIMA Executive Office
    • Full refund for cancellations due to an emergency must be approved by the President
  • Substitutions are allowed. Substitutions will be charged a 15% processing fee.  If applicable, the registrant is responsible for paying any difference in the registration fee, i.e. If the original registrant is a member and the substitution is a non-member, the new registrant is responsible for the price difference. 
  • Registrations will be canceled if not paid within 90 days of purchase.


Online registration will close at 11:59 PM CT on February 28, 2024.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you register – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
