Safety Plan

For all those considering in-person attendance to our 2022 Fall Conference please note that the following safety considerations have been made.

• Attendance is limited to meet adequate spacing for the venue
• Plexiglass in the registration area, table, and seating spacing
• Hand sanitizer stations
• Disinfectant wipes will be used to routinely wipe down surfaces
• Food/beverage modifications
• Use of badge ribbons to communicate comfort level in interacting with one another
• Expect participants to abide by all hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette
• Aligning with all State and Local guidance

Of course, we also ask that all participants do their part and not attend the conference if you are not feeling well or have been in close contact with anyone showing symptoms.
