Congratulations to Bryanna Schoeffel, RHIA — WHIMA 2023 Motivator Award recipient!
Bryanna was recognized for this award at the WHIMA Annual Conference in Wisconsin Dells! This award aims to identify and honor outstanding members who are dedicated to continued learning for others and themselves, for a long record of encouraging students and colleagues to become all they can be, and helping them find ways to achieve their best.
Bryanna’s leadership as the Educator Director and chair of the Education Steering Committee has been outstanding and a motivator to many. She works hard each and every meeting to motivate the Annual Conference, Fall Conference, and Workshops & Webinars team leaders and provide guidance and direction. She is committed to the goals and objectives and she’s great at follow-through. Bryanna provides positive reinforcement and support, leading to great engagement and outcomes for WHIMA teams. She has collaborated with HIMSS on educational offerings and partnered with students for WHIMA events. Her passion for furthering education is very evident in everything she does. She listens well to new ideas and digs into various ways the association can accomplish its goals for better engagement and educational offerings for the members. Her willingness to tackle any project or goal has been inspiring for others to volunteer with her, and she is able to tap into their potential to accomplish the goal.
As an RHIA credential holder, Bryanna serves as a motivation for all of us and provides an example of the importance of sharing our time, knowledge, and experience with our professional community.
